Formal Service Level Agreement on monthly and yearly Pro plans

As of today, Magic Pages commits to a formal service level agreement (SLA) on all monthly and yearly Pro plans.
The guaranteed uptime is at 99.9%, excluding maintenance and events out of Magic Pages's control.
