New low-cost light plan

As Magic Pages grows, we also want to enable small bloggers and creators to launch their Ghost publications.

To do this, we want to introduce a new low-cost/light plan that includes limited features, but a small price tag.

Specifically, this light plan will be available for $4/month and includes 2,000 email newsletters every month. Custom themes will not be available on this plan.
