On 22 October 2024, around 19:15 UTC, all customer sites on Magic Pages became unreachable and displayed a generic 502 error.

Upon investigation, I could confirm that all systems in the control of Magic Pages were functioning. However, Bunny.net, which Magic Pages uses to route requests, issues these 502 errors.

At 19:30 UTC, the customer sites became available again, while Bunny.net has published their own incident on their status page at 19:33 UTC.

I am actively monitoring the situation.

Update, 19:41 UTC: Bunny.net has informed me that a fix has been implemented globally. All sites should be available again.
