Your site is served through Cloudflare's global network, which keeps it fast for visitors wherever they are. It also means more of your site is cached than you might expect.
This caching shouldn't affect your day to day publishing with Ghost, however, uploading a new custom theme can be impacted by this (the nerdy details: your Javascript files will be cached).
The fix is to purge the cache, so the newest version of your site gets served worldwide. You can do that yourself, whenever you need to, from the customer portal.
Head to the Domain page and look for the cache section:
