Paddle, our payment provider, has just added support for UPI AutoPay – and that means it's now available on Magic Pages too.
UPI is, by a wide margin, the dominant payment method in India, but until now it wasn't something Paddle supported. With UPI AutoPay, customers in India can authorise their Magic Pages subscription through UPI and pay in INR straight from their bank account. You approve the recurring payment once at checkout, and future subscription payments are collected automatically. It works on mobile checkout too.
Already a customer?
If you'd like to switch to UPI, open the Customer Portal from inside your Ghost Admin, head to the billing section, and update your payment method. UPI AutoPay will show up as an option at checkout for eligible Indian accounts.
New to Magic Pages?
UPI AutoPay will appear automatically at checkout if you're an eligible customer in India – nothing extra to do.
