Now, this shouldn't really be news. The Magic Pages live chat now persists conversations, even when the customer portal in Ghost is reloaded.
In the last few weeks, many customers have reached out via live chat, then clicked somewhere else in Ghost and came back to the customer portal, only to find their chats gone.
This led to immense frustration on your side (sorry, once again!) and more workload on mine, figuring out which conversations belonged together.
I have now found a way to persist these conversations over sessions and set it live on the customer portal already.
